About the Exhibition
This summer, we are proud to present Pearlescent, ASC’s Summer Open Exhibition, marking 30 years of supporting creativity, artistic opportunity, and a thriving artist community.
Hosted across three galleries at The Handbag Factory — our purpose-built venue in Vauxhall, South London — this milestone exhibition is dedicated exclusively to ASC studio artists and VIP partners.
Pearlescent will showcase over 100 artworks, representing the exceptional talent and diversity within the ASC community. This will be one of our most ambitious exhibitions to date, shining a spotlight on the unique voices representing the creativity that shape our studios.

For three decades, ASC has provided artists with the vital foundations to flourish — dedicated studio space, meaningful opportunities to exhibit, and the support of a vibrant creative community. Over the years, we have championed thousands of practitioners, some of whom have gone on to achieve significant recognition in the art world. In a city where space to create is increasingly scarce, our commitment to supporting artists remains as essential as ever.
Artists’ Studio Company has supported over 30,000 artists to date, and the Pearlescent Open Exhibition is our way of celebrating that journey. More than just a show, it’s a heartfelt thank you to the incredible community that has grown with us over the years.
